A Czech manufacturer of high quality solar modules – since 2009 successfully on the market (primarily OEM). As part of a restructuring and expansion of the business model resources are bundled in the country of origin and technical headquarters Switzerland and Germany. The repositioning is to succeed in the context of establishing its own brand. This requires an elaborate corporate identity and corporate design as well as a multi-level marketing strategy. In parallel, short-term marketing and sales measures are necessary to use the production in the Czech Republic to full capacity.
Method
Basic development of Marketing / Communication
- Creating corporate identity and design including wordmark
- Further elaboration and development of the entire new corporate identity concept, i.e. synthesis of strategic positioning / identity content incl. fundamental concept, development of word / figurative mark, corporate design, means of communication (e.g. business cards, image brochure / flyer, product data sheets, website (phase 1), corporate presentation)
- development and implementation of marketing strategy and activities
- Integrated communication supporting sales activities
